99's son Rico came to stay with us this weekend. I just love how they all cram onto the dog bed together for nap time. I made this picture my wallpaper at home, as there is something quite calming about it.

Another picture of the same nap before 99 moved between the two kids. 99 had moved because she wasn't getting enough crowding I guess.

I'm always amazed when I go to my breeders house how all her hounds sleep on top of each other. If you see a litter of puppies they always sleep like that, but her dogs continue to do it forever. Pack animals are cool.

My dog Lily would love to sleep next to her brother Gibbs, but he will have none of it. He growls at her (this usually doesn't phase her) and if she still pesters him he gets up and moves repeatedly until she decides to stop following him. It makes for the sound of walking dogs as I try to sleep. This goes on almost every night until my fiance' comes to bed. For some reason they usually stop this once he's in bed.

My two rarely sleep near each other. Dozer won't have it, he doesn't even like for me to pet him when he sleeps. Digger sleeps at the foot of the bed, then Dozer comes in later, and sleeps up by the pillows. I can kick Digger, and he won't move, but if I put a hand on Dozer, he runs to the other room.
But Dozer cuddles up in my arms in the chair! Crazy hound.
