Moe is quietly snoozing on the couch (smelling very sweet after his Christmas bath last night - the couch is also smelling sweet after the cushion covers had a bath, too ). His tummy is stuffed with Christmas goodies and his holiday bow is looking crumpled and a little worse for wear. Tally is sprawled next to him on her back, as she snores loudly (a true sign of real sleep). We had a very busy weekend, like many if not all of you, and a very lovely Christmas day surrounded by friends and family. Holiday treats were baked, packaged prettily, and delivered. Gifts were bought and likewise packaged prettily. A last-minute portrait was done in record time. The house was cleaned top to bottom. Immense amounts of food were bought and prepared. I hosted Christmas dinner for the first time and everything went well, to my intense relief. And all I have to say now that all is said and done is... "THANK GOODNESS IT'S OVER!" I need some rest!
