basset sneeze

Do your bassets sneeze for attention? Right before a bark or whine (in our case) to go outside to make potty?

Ruby does this all the time.

It's different from a regular tickle in the nose sneeze. During that kind of sneeze, her eyes will cross.

Bogie does! If we are busy, etc. and he wants attention, he will do a sort of "snort sneeze", and give us this quizzical (is this a word) look when we turn and look at him. It is different from a real Bogie sneeze. Bassets are such funny dogs!

José does the snort sneeze too, like a human clearing their throat to get your attention.

José also fakes it when it comes to sneezing, which I find peculiar...
