can anyone tell me if its ok to feed a dog milk.
i gave snoopy two weetabix with milk on sunday for breakfast as she didnt fancy her usual food. but my boyfriend is worried that we shouldnt be giving her milk. is this right or totally wrong? Snoop is 17 months old Also, some lovely pictures to follow soon of Snoopy Santa Paws..... |

Wholemilk can be pretty tough on dogs and cat`s stomachs.It can give them a good case of the runs............And some dogs are allergic to milkfat.
If you want to give milk to your dog, it should be skimmed or VERY watered out!

The absolutely WORST case ever of diarrhea that Francis ever had was when he licked up almost a whole quart of milk that had been spilled. I sort of let him finish the job and didn't think twice about it until an hour later when he exploded. It was a disaster, to say the least. It took 2 days for his belly to get right again and it had to be in the middle of final exam time.
No milk products for this guy anymore!
