Ruby Opened a Restaurant?

I went on a trip to New York this weekend. Imagine my surprise when, while riding on the double decker bus (70 degrees in December) seeing the holiday lights tour, when I spotted Ruby's new restaurant. Janice, why didn't you tell us so we could all try it????

Seriously, I couldn't resist!
We may have to change her name to Ruby-Foo!
