First we got the lights out to help with the tree....

After the tree was setup it was resting time.

I see yours helped. Mine just bossed the job. "Mom! The angel's STILL crooked!"

Bet it makes you wonder how you managed to do it before you had them. BTW, they are both absolutely BEAUTIFUL hounds Just wondering if there have been any disagreements between the girls since 99 joined the pack?

Thank you!

Re: disagreements
None at all. They both have very sweet temperaments. Venus is not quite 2 yet, so she still has some puppy in her and is by far the submissive of the two. They both get plenty of treats so there is no bickering. True bassets in every sense!

Lovely pictures - we are still putting of the decorations until Jackson has left - it would be mayhem!

It's great that they aren't scared of the decorations!

We have a movable santa which when plugged in, is about the same height of Ruby. The first year we used it was when Ruby was a puppy and she was scared of it. Many years later, she gets scared for about a minute and then gets real excited as it's her height. She hasn't seen it in a couple of years so we'll have to take it out and see if it works. If so, who knows how she'll act. I'll try to get a pic either way.
