Is there more than one Cyberhound board?

Ok, I check in here several times a day. (I'm home alot) It seems that sometimes when I pop in, the posts are entirely different than they were a few hours earlier. And posts disappear, and then reappear. then disappear again. it's weird. Am I the only one this is happening too? Or am I in the twilight zone?

I really haven't had any problems, other than when they made the switch to a new server, but nothing recent.

Beware if you try to reply to me, I'm leaving for a few days, so don't get spooked if I don't respond.

You're not in the twilight zone.... what you describe is indeed happening.
Sometimes, the board reverts to the previous host. The result is: two entirely different boards, with different posts and different PM's.

In my case, it makes compiling the Basset Hound Holiday Card Exchange list almost impossible, as when I log in to the board, I see some new PM's for new additions. The time that I open my Exell sheet to add them, the board has reverted to the old host, and they're gone again....

As all communication regarding the Holiday Card Excahnge were going to be by email, the board problems shouldn't be an issue. Please email me the final list Patrick so that any questions can be addressed to me by email and not on the board-because sometimes you see it and sometimes you don't.

I'm sure everyone appreciates all your hard work Patrick.

I still haven't heard from anyone confirming that they've received my information. I sent it the very first time it was mentioned on the board months ago ...and again this last time info was requested due to problems. I've sent private messages and emails.

Sandy: I too check in several times a day! Everytime this board is different! I know the posts that are missing will some day return I guess it's part of the problems we're having. I still check in hoping to find the missing posts!!

Same here... I've dubbed them board # 1 and Board # 2- I feel bad as I am not responding to peolpe like I want (or think I did!)- but I keep trying...

Best I can figure, there are two versions of this board. Posts to one don't show up on the other. Haven't been able to get a satisfactory answer from the web host as to why this is happening. We're still working on it.

Yes, it's happening with disappearing messages, different PM's. two hosts, etc., and I'm sure if we will all be patient things will get back to normal. Just hang in there everyone, keep posting (Hey, it will appear somewhere), and have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.
