Sorry for the unexpected absence

Due to problems with my ISP I've been without phone and internet for more than a week. Thanks for your concern, but we're all fine. Took these two pics to show we are okay - Emma is alive too, even though she's not looking like that....

So many people have been worried and tried to contact us,
I'm eating humble pie and I'm sorry I didn't manage to
inform you, but I had no idea it would take so long to find
out where the problem was.
I have IP-phone, so I have 4 boxes which all could be faulty.
