Rainbow Springs, in Dunnellon, Florida is the home of Rainbow Springs State Park. From the 1930s through the 1970s, it was the site of a popular, privately-owned attraction. The Park is at the headwaters of the, crystal clear, Rainbow River and has one of the tallest waterfalls in the State. The Happy Hound visits regularly and here he is at the kayak launch.
Here is BL's Holiday card.

I used to love going there and to Crystal Springs. The owner died and his son sold it to Perrier water company. It was the headwater to the Hillsborough River that supplies Tampa. Glad there are a few springs left open to the public.
