I LOVE that picture of Arthur! He does look completely wiped out. Doppler and Virga will sometimes wake each other up with their whining and yipping in their sleep. It's so funny!

Shortstack, is the snoring kind of comforting for you too? lol[/QUOTE]
I love the snoring! Hate when my husband snores, but I love when Molly and Winston do. Molly is snoring on her bed right now...only sound in the house.

I posted this image on Facebook and the responses it got were 'Talk about LAZY!' and 'Soooooooo cute!'.
Both are true. This was right after a 15 minute walk down the entire length of our town. Yes, it's that small of a town. :] She couldn't walk the last 100 yards or so because of her leg, but she was so excited to sniff everything in sight, all the same!

Why thanks Olive. I have never seen that before it was to funny.
Well when she came into the shelter her name was Myrtle. I just didn't like the name and I was like the poor thing she has had three home's now and has had her name changed already once so I really don't want to do it again. Well I did because I just kept hating the name and so I just started calling her Turtle because it was the only thing that sounded the same. However she was not slow when I first got her she was more like a freak going going all the time, jumping she was a freaked out little girl. It took us a looooong time to get her calmed down. Love all the pics of sleeping bassets. |
