Found something they won't eat

I took a plastic container of spicy brown mustard from the fridge and dropped it. It landed on the top and broke the lid and left a large glob on the floor. Maggie and Daisy came over for a look and sniff as they had been waiting for me to drop something while I made a sandwich. Neither one even tasted it. So I guess if I want to protect my food I'll have to put spicy brown mustard on everything,

Well to be honest I can't blame them, spicy brown mustard is an acquired taste I think.

Now if it were HONEY mustard, I'd be singing a different tune!

Penny is picky with veggies. But anything I drop, she'll usually swoop in and put in her mouth. She's like a shark, always testing things with her mouth first.

I think Maddie would ignore mustard, but she generally wants whatever I'm cooking or eating, lol. Every time I make dinner, part of the routine is telling her to get out.

Maybe it would keep the Bassets out of the trash, off the table legs...my luck it would be just seasoning it.

I have the opposite problem...I can't get my basset to eat anything, including his kibble.

Aside from fish oil (which he'll refuse 25% of the time), the only thing he eats consistently is the gooeyest canned food I can find. If I put kibble in front of him, he'll stare at me like "What? You think this is good?"

He'll occasionally eat baby carrots, but very rarely.

I would have figured cat poop would be a deterent.......... nope!!!
Delicacy for these 2 garbage disposals.......... GROSS!!!!!
