Smile Hello!

Hi there,
I've been a frequent "lurker" for the past year and a half and thought I would finally say HI and formally introduce us!

Daisy is our wonderful Basset Hound that keeps us constantly entertained and busy! After reading the forums for awhile, I have to say that I'm super lucky! She doesn't drool, she doesn't inhale her food at mach speed, she's not a chewer, and actually listens to commands (most of the time). She's a fantastic snuggler and keeps my feet warm during the winter.

Wow. Now I sounds like a bragging mom! Ha! On the downside, she jumps on all our guests, barks at e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g., and hates her baths (she hides under the bed).

Anyway, just wanted to say HI.

Hi Daisy and Mom.....Welcome to the forum. How old is Daisy? Can we have some pictures? She sounds like a wonderful dog. I had a terrible time with Barney jumping on people....actually knocked my granddaughter over. After many techniques that didn't work I tried a spray bottle with 1/4 vinegar 3/4 water. All I have to do is spray in his direction....not actually on him. It's really worked like a charm...As long as he stays down he gets much praise...which is 95% of the time now

Hi and welcome! Daisy here, too! Our Daisy's father is lemon, almost what seems white. She inherited his eyebrows. Would love to see your pictures.

Great to have you here Daisy and Mom! Love your screen name! Abby is a Lemon, but Jake isn't so I think he would be put out if I'd used that name!

Yes, I know, it sounds like nagging (but it is really just begging) We need photos to gush over!

Hi!

Daisy sounds like one good basset! I love reading about other pups, and seeing the similarities and differences. Glad you've uncloaked
