Default whew! what a hectic few day!

snow snow snow and more snow! as soon as figure out how to upload the video of miss abbey i will post it. every winter here we get a couple inches of show. well this last wed.we got 20 inches!!! what a nasty mess. now we did get abbey out to tromp thru it for a few minutes but we have been cleaning up lots of puddles and piles. it is melting off today thank god!! a few hours ago abbey and both the nuaghty kitties were sitting in front of me staring at me like its all my fualt that they arw snowed in and when i open the door for abbey she looks at my like i am a idiot to even think she is going back out in that mess. been sooo much fun keeping 2 kitties a basset hound and 2 small children oh and a husband entertained!!cabin feaver so bad today so i thought lets go walk around walmart well guess what i wasnt the only one with the idea of walking around nice warm walmart so sanity ended up costing a bag of doggie treats 2 video games, came home to find that my little princess had pooed on the floor rolled in it the rubbed he self against all the furniture grabbed her bathed her dried her then cleaned house then offered her a walk>>>>she ran and hid still not interested in going out.

That sounds like a pretty hectic day! That's why I keep handy a bottle of pinot grigio, and if that doesn't cut it, I have a bottle of rum with some diet coke in stock!

Three snow storms in 10 days here. I relate to your frustrations. First was fun, yesterdays the pooches said enough already!

3!! i would lose my mind!! me and hubby split a 6 pack of fat tire lol it helped a little....... almost took my friend on her offer of greenery lol but its been sooooooooo long since iv done that id probably have a panic attack!

the snow is almost all melted today now we are on flood watch! thank gawd i dont live in the flood zone went to walmart got a big bag of kibble some doggie treats and shampoo then came home and cleaned out closets of extra blankets coats and clothes that we dont wear and a box of doggie toys abbey has no interest in to take to the salvation army i figure if it floods its there if it doesnt its still there>>

Oh My, you really are having to deal with it! We haven't had any snow here yet in Virginia, but right now we are getting a lovely, just above freezing rain. I can get Jake and Abby out in it, but they are not messing around! On top of the icky whether, I have them out on a leash opposed to their usual zip line since the yard is mostly MUD and I just got new furniture on Friday (seat cushions currently covered with "dog towels")

I know it is a pain keeping everyone "entertained" Just go easy on the little guys for the inside "accidents" Especially if it is out of normal character. Would YOU want to have to go out and do your business in that nasty, cold white stuff?!

The Pinot Grigio and Rum are also excellent solutions!

yes i wouldhate to have to try and go potty in the ickyness daddy went and shoveled her a potty spot but still wasnt good enpugh lol but she is happy lol to go inside> here is a ;picture i think i have to put the video on you tube and paste the link?

Oh worm we did!! Lots and lots and mommy cleaned and cleaned the snow melted away fast so today mommy has ben cleaning paws and muddy prints but it was a good day grandma and grandpa came over for cake. G ma took the pretty flowers and cards but its ok I liked the cake better. Grandpa said he had to see how his "flabby abbey" was doing calls me flabby then gives me cookies. Lol
Worm you look like a adventurous guy as well as bowser I think you both would have loved the white stuff!!

oh methinkso too! tho Bowser & I never gets it here. we gotta go ups to the 'mountains' to find the white stuff. my person wants to take me there so i can see what it feels like when my piddler freezes over... hehe. ooops. maybe that wuz too much info for a lady... sorry Ms. Abbey (tell ur Grampa he is being silly! u r NOT a 'flabby abbey'...!)

we did have 'frost' around here and it was kewl to smell the frozen pee everywhere. i kinda liked that.

mehopes to see the white stuff one day.... one day....

Wwormmie YOU had frost???? The old weather man is sure mixed up this winter.... we have had a couple of feet of snow this past week .... cold cold temperatures and now they are calling for freezing rain tonight and 40 degree temps for tomorrow and RAIN!!!! Don't known whether to take out the ice skates or rubber boots!!!!!.... maybe we should do both!
