Default Guess who ate my chapstick??

As punishment for letting his endless supply of rawhides run out, Copper started chopping on my chapstick.

He has never had a chewing problem so far (he is a little less than 2 years old), but all of a sudden he's started chewing things: my chapstick, his food bowl, toys (that's a first for him), the mammoth bone (also a first). He has chewed on rawhides before and that's about it. (I work at home so I can supervise him with rawhides and bones.)

Well it sounds like you’re now in my world. If Mabel can reach it and it in any way fits into her mouth – she considers it hers to do all the chewing she chooses to do on it. I can do all the trade ups in the world with her – if I turn my back and missed something that wasn’t put high enough for her – you can consider it a goner.

So let’s see what’s see’s called her own and caused me to put out to trash so far

Slippers
Socks
Underwear – clean or dirty
Cushions for the kitchen chairs
Remote control
Paint brushes
Cords
Food bowls
Chargers
Rugs
Computer mouse
Books – hardcover
Books - softcover
Newspapers before they were read
Reading glasses – I’ve lost count of how many of hubby’s she’s taken care of for him – you’d think he’d learn by now but – NOPE!
Throw pillows – ya know the nice ones you put out on the couch
Throw blankets
Oh, tags those are sewn into things – and if whatever the tag was sewn into get demolished along with it – oh well.

I’m sure I’m missing a number of things – this is all I can think of off the top of my head.

Jen~

Made a quick trip to the school to drop off our daughter this morning. Surely no need to kennel Daisy for the 10 minutes I would be gone, right? Wrong!!! She got into the opened carton of Cokes, removed one and proceeded to chomp thru a can. Would have loved to see the look on her face when it sprayed all over her! Spent the morning wiping down the wall and cleaning Coke from the carpet!

Who? Bowser! No? wow, well then i guess it was your dog Copper! LOL For the longest time bowser was the "anything within reach" kinda chewer...than he became more specific...and now he's actually pretty good..except if he can get ahold of chapstick *rolls eyes* or the kitchen trash.

Henry has a more specific taste for chewing, and may i tell you you are all lucky, you can be in the same room as the beast and he can have stolen your electrical items, cheque books, collectors items etc before you have even noticed he is not where he should be!
Henrys list of favourite items are as follows
mobile phones
epilators
remote controls
net books
library books
toilet rolls
greetings cards
lingerie.
Please note that this is not an exclusive list, just a compilation of some of his current favourites. If he can steal it, he will.

Oh Copper if you every wanna join me for hors d'oueveres you let me know. I once ate my sisters Coca Cola Lip balm & no this isn't PB typing. How embarrassing.

PS: Daisy were you using the Coke as a home hair treatment? Supposed to do wonders for your hair... for your teeth... no so much, or so I've heard.

Oh PB, Coke makes a great sugary facial scrub and hair gel, too. Plus goes great with the bacon I scarfed down at breakfast. You should try some but I recommend having someone else open that pesky can!

Um most definitely a mess but I couldn't help but laugh at her when I walked in! I swear she had the most perplexed look on her face, as if she was trying to figure out how it happened.
