Meet my gang! :)

I have a tri-colored (mostly brown) basset named .
He's 5 years old

I also have a basset/rottie mix named Annie
she's 1 1/2 years old

Then there is Archie. He's a pure basset, tri-colored, but has more black than Oliver.
He's 1 year old

I also have 4 cats
There is Osiris, who is pure black, I got him from my cousin when my old black cat disappeared.

Then I have a pure white kitty named Isis. I got her on Craigslist as a friend for my black kitty. i was specifically looking for a pure white kitty.

Then there is Nut. She's a grey kitty that my dog Annie found in a garbage can.

Then there is Ra. He's an orange kitty that just wandered into our house through our doggie door.

Then I have my 2 goats, Rupert and Wesley. They are both a year old. I got Rupert at 8 days old and bottle fed him. He's adorable and loving. He's a Nubian goat. He will be about125 lbs full grown. he's the one that's got more black hair, then Wesley is a nigerian dwarf/pygmy. he'll stay small. He's the one with more white hair. He's a riot, he's always making me laugh. He's a little clown.

Then I have my 2 baby bunnies. Their names are kibbles and bitts. they're only a few months old. I don't have any good pictures of them yet though.

goats... how do they get along w/bassets??? do they play together? do they chase? do they nibble on bassets?

Well, when I got Rupert when he was 8 days old, my basset mix, Annie, insisted that he was her baby, so she's sort of taken the role of momma to him. Oliver could care less, and Archie likes to chase them around the backyard. The goats get fed up with him after a while, but they don't hurt them they just throw a fit and yell at me to get Archie in the house. In general Rupert thinks he is a dog, but Wesley just tries to ignore them.

I love the pic of annie and nut it is precious. You must have a blast with all those guys. I hope someday to have a bigger piece of property and having some other critters around maybe a pot bellied pig.
