Who are the moderators

I know this has nothing to do with bassets but on other forums there are moderators. i noticed that no one who posts is one so I was wondering who they were? I never noticed any comments from them but I did notice a certain thread that disapeared which is weird usually they just close it so people can view but niot comment that way people at least see things that have been discussed. I think the thread was a good idea to close but kind of weird it disappeared.

this is a for profit site to find the moderator see the touble shooting session and look for "administrator" there are no moderators as such

Yeah there's someone who's posted before as "administrator" but they don't really get involved in posts like a typical moderator would.

Most likely a thread or post would disappear because it was reported by someone. The "report" button is the little exclamation point inside the yellow diamond below the poster's name and avatar.

Yes that is the difference the moderators will block anything that is inappropriate from view but leave everything else and close it. I am sure they read through it and saw things that were inappropriate and erased it .
