Default Great crate customer service
I bought a collapsible Noz 2 Noz crate two months ago. One of the small plastic slide pieces cracked and broke. I love the crate and asked if I could get a replacement part. They told me that my crate had a full 1 year warranty and that they would send me a new crate within one week! How is that for GREAT customer service!!? Lisa
