There are only two sources I can reccommend as anybody can put up a shingle and call themselves a behaviorist. here are no requirement to that title

I think the cost is high variable but not cheap as a referrence the pet fax service for Tufts univerisity which is a remote consulting service is $250 for intial consutation and 127 for follow up after 3 month period covered by the $250
