I don't know how to even say the words..but you folks and hounds have been like family to me.
Last night at @10:30p Woody Hayes and Romeo had gotten out of the house thru the garage door and were hit and killed by a car...I was at work and the children found them. I have lost my world....not even sure how to go on. I feel such guilt that I didn't protect my babies. Please give your bassets 2 extra kisses tonight for my baby woody and romeo.....Wworm, keep getting healthy buddy...you look so like my Woody...Esther, enjoy Charlie...and I am sure in no time you will be best buddies... Thank you all for the advise and support.....not sure when I will be back on or if....too soon...I want to honor my basset boys by helping others in their memory..... god Bless you all Kristi ATB Woody Hayes ATB Romeo |

I am soo sorry for your loss. Please take care of yourself, and your kids. If there is anything at all that we can do for you please don't hesitate to ask. And please come back when you are ready.

OH Kristi We are so so sorry. Like Annie we are in shock..... words are escaping me right now and the right ones are not there at the moment. Please hug your children for us .. nothing we can say will make things better but please know our thoughts are with you.... I you feel like talking please message.

Kristi, my heart breaks for you. You know how much we all love those guys around here and I really am sorry. To the core of my being I am sorry. I wish I could hug you in person and make all the pain you are feeling go away.
