I've always had to laugh at how bassets sleep. They end up looking like the losing contestants in a Twister competition.

The only basset I have owned tolleran of other dog sleeping on next to them is MAcey and the rule is she is allow/need to on next to anouther dog but the other dogs in particular fischy is not allowed to lean or layu on top of her.

from many year ago 5 dog each with their own distinct spot as far way form each other as they can get an yes this was typical for them

Rheegs on the couch, Toughy and fischer each in a recliner mariah and bandit on dog bed.

yup. charlie brown is fixed so i got'sta yank on his ears.

he's a little punk sometimes. For as long as I can remember I could just get a treat, set it down, and come back and get it anytime I wanted. Now he comes along and thinks that means it's his for the taking. I get ripped off no less than five times daily.
