Roflmao, after the day I've had with Bella Smella (fox poo again!!!) it's nice to know that she isn't the only naughty dog on the forum.
Currently laid snoring on the sofa in pj's after a bath. Hee hee the xmas tree is up and is still so far relatively unscathed, a few of the baubles met a grisly end, but after a few "leave its" and quite a few "whose a good girl" she may of got the message, only time will tell. |

stick with them guys! Our special little basset, Charlotte is now 6 years and 2 months, it took 2 years to house train her, she's been clocked by the school bus at 25mph as she plays chase in the morning, she climbs ladders and trees, lets herself into the neighbours house (I offered to buy them a better door lock...), carrys around her own frozen turds like cigars in winter, the cats litter tray (her snack box) has to be kept under lock and key, likes to lay on the kitchen table when we are out if not unirating on the armchairs, has recently figured out how to operate the peddlebin in order to access all its goodies (she stamps on the peddle then jumps up putting her naughty little head in before the lid closes) and has recently started jumping fences too - shes good for a 3' fence. She's great with kids though!
After 6 years and a lot of ups and downs with her, we finally feel like we are getting somewhere then she starts excreating in the house in retaliation for being told off, so I start taking her to work with me, but she doesn't want to be left in the van while I go off having fun working (50' away) so she leaves me a large smelly present on the seat! Honestly at a loss with what to do next. The only reason she's not been rehomed on a dozen previous occasions is its not really been fair to unleash it on anyone else. Is it something we are doing wrong...? |
