The thing I don't like about this is they keep referring to HSUS as the "Humane Society" However that organization has very little to do with your local Humane Society or shelter. They are simply an AR organization who takes money and spends it on their own agenda and lobbying politicians and if they get there way no one will be able to own any pets some day.

But yes any of those broker sites online buy from puppy mills and sell to anyone. They are simply a middle man between the mills and you. Do your research people. Just because they say they only buy from responsible breeders doesn't mean they do. Ask to see testing results. Ask to see the parents. Ask to visit their homes and see the puppies. If you can't do that then I would always be suspect. We were lucky enough to live close to our breeder and see both the dam and sire of our puppies (not everyone will have the sire on site mind you which is still perfectly ok). But if you can't visually with your own eyes see the condition the puppies and dam are kept in then don't buy.

If you want to help animals, donate to local rescues and shelters. The ASPCA has NO affiliation with your local SPCA. The HSUS has NO affiliation with your local humane society. Odds are, neither gives a cent of support to either.

Well said Kirska... please if you want to really help the animals donate to your local shelter or rescue. Don't be fooled by these crooks.
