I had read that tennis balls can cause wear on a dog's teeth has anyone else ever heard of this? Barney seems obsessed with them. He has chewed a few right out of wool toys for tem I just wanted to make sure they were Ok. I have only owned small dogs so I am new to this.

oh yes tennis ball covering can cause severe wear on tennis ball obsesive dogs I have seen dogs with the canine worn down to nubs. however there are ball available for dog that look like tennis balls but are not abrasive

I will try those I like how they look tennis balls the plain rubber ones do not seem to interest him.
