I have to tell you that I am totally addicted to reading the many basset blogs that I found from this forum! I read Worm's, Jowls of Fury, Bowser's Blog, Molly McFreckles and Basset Hound Hank's blog! Have I missed any other blogs? They just really make my day.

Sometimes the hounds have a hard time coming up with material. There are days where I feel like I ought to be carrying a camera everywhere I go because they do something blog-worthy but I miss the perfect video to make it great. Other times I have a camera at the ready and they just sit there and stare at me like I'm some sort of bland wallpaper pattern.

Not to be a cheap salesman about Jowls of Fury, but if you check it out and look at the links on the right you will find several other basset hound blogs. Some of them are not active right now but a few have lots of old material to read. Good ones include HoundDogMom, Mango and Dexter's Great Adventures (not basset hounds but Mango is fun to read about), Cheesehounds, Harville Hounds, Bentley the Basset's Words of Wisdom, Chronically {f}unemployed (Annie's blog), Woody's World, Honeybelle Basset, Hounds About Town, and Antigone Goes West (this one has tons of old material and is a great read if you haven't checked it out already). There are probably more basset blogs we haven't found yet - Pets Blogger United is a good place to find loads of dog blogs, and if you check out Mango's blog the author has lots and lots of links I haven't had the time to search thoroughly myself. If you guys find more be sure to post a link! Thanks for reading our blog.

Boomah-- methinks u should totally do it!! i wulds like it a lot, i bet.

the peeples in my person's life thinks she is crazeee...!
we don't know anyone else w/a dogblog.

but then we tells them, "that's what everyone does" on our basset forum. it's the thing to do, ha! (ya know, so we don't seem so weird) (we probably do seem weird & a bit dog obsessed!)

but it's fun, and it wouldn't be as fun if all our pals weren't blogging as well : )
