Still seeking a show quality pet Basset Hound puppy
Our older Basset, Mr. Sullivan, is 11.5 years old now. We hope he will be around forever, but we want to start thinking about a new Basset puppy in anticipation of the eventual. This will be our third Basset, and this time we would like to buy a special puppy from champion lines. We will agree to limited AKC regristration, etc.... we just have really come to appreciate the finer points/nuances of having a really beautiful Basset. We live in Austin, TX, but will travel anywhere in the CONUS for the right breeder and dog.
We feel that we offer a great home, with two children, 1+ acre of wooded land, large home, etc. If anyone has ideas, can you please let me know. So far we have been unsuccessful. The breeders we have communicated with either dont have planned litters or are not in the US. Thank you!
