Summer is gone.

Maggie had a busy summer. We went camping alot this year. Maggie had fun and made lots of new friends, and got way to many treats!
at Algonac State Park we camped by the St. Clair river and watched the freighters go by. They have very loud horns. We watched the Tigers play ball untill Texas beat them in the play-offs. Got to help get the pellet stove all cleaned and ready for the winter. Maggie loves sitting on the sofa by the blower,(blinking because her eyes are drying.) Started getting camper ready for winter today. I had a lot of help! And lost a few shop rags along the way. One thing I know that there are no mice. Every door was checked and rechecked. We have things about ready for the cold and snow.

Sounds like you gave Maggie a wonderful summer but yes, winter is coming. How they love the warmth of a fire. Barney lays right in front of my woodburner....probably not too good for him but.....don't have the heart to make him move. Bad weekend....lions lost too.
