Default Best guard dog EVER

Yesterday I had to take photos of my house. When I walked around back, my intrepid guard dog Lightning was on top of things, ready to pounce on any intruder! I'm so proud, and couldn't feel safer.

Gandy loves just standing looking out of his dog door. It's easier than actually going outside. He does chase off the occasional thief from our parking lot. Our condo is ground floor facing the parking lot. There's only 12 units so it not real big, but in our part of town, cars parked outside are serious targets. We haven't had a single car break-in since Gandy has been on duty. Even the neighbors who didn't vote to allow pets have fallen in love with their new security guard.

lol so cute! Sometimes Bowser will stick his head out the dog door and just stand there sniffing. Everytime my husband sees him he does his best "Bowser"voice and says loudly "Hey flies! Come in flies! Time to come in!" LOL

Love the picture....bassets don't look very scary to me though. Gandy, you need to negotiate a contract.....keeping condos safe== many, many treats.
