Basset Issues

Hi All,

New member, TIA for any help!

My roughly 9 year old basset started whining pretty much constantly and digging the floors about a month ago. Nothing that I know of has changed in her environment. Vet can't find anything wrong with her either. She seems to feel fine other than those issues.

Anyone experienced that before? Basset senility setting in?

They only time I've had one act like that was when some mice moved into my air ducts in the floor.

yup my guess would be something wrong with the floor! got wood? maybe she hears termites, or something under the wood or who knows!

We used to live in a really really old cottage. Bentley would sit and watch something in the air and talk to it. Very odd, somepeople said we had a ghost, some people said he was watching shadows i think he was just trying to freak me out!
