Default Molly's in for her ACTH test

Molly is spending the day at the vet having her ACTH Stimulation test. This is the test they used to diagnose her Addison's. This time, it's to see how she's responding to her meds. Winston and I miss her dearly and can't wait for her to come home later.

Think good thoughts for her today. I think she's doing amazingly well, but we will see what the test says

She's home. Test results are in tomorrow, so I'll let you all know how she did. Hoping she aced it!

I'm a bit annoyed though. They never called to tell me she was ready to come home. Poor thing sat there in a kennel all afternoon She's a little out of sorts, but she'll be fine.

Oh Molly I'm with you there it's one of my big pet peeves. I expect them to call the minute she's done. Then, "No I don't want to drop her off at 7 so she can wait in a kennel all day. I live 5 minutes away so how about you call me & I will drop her off instead when you're ready.". Grrr... but Go Molly Gooooo!

Awww, Poor Molly....nothing so frustrating then to know they were kept in strange conditions (to them) when they didn't have to be..

That is one good thing with my Vet clinic, they call me as soon as he is finished, while the assistance take him to his kennel, the vets on the phone....

Keeping fingers crossed for good results...lots of belly rubs for Molly today.
