Well after having Miss Jersey Girl for a week, I've come to a conclusion. Every time the poor girl is within six inches of my legs, her little tail wags so hard that it hits my leg and it HURTS! When I watch how fast it goes, and feel the pain it causes me, I've come to the conclusion that her tail could be used as a 'weed wacker'! (or weed eater whichever part of the US you're from).

If we let the grass get tall enough, we just might try it! We could save bundles on weed eating the rest of this year! LOL!

I've seen a basset tail take out an entire coffee service off a coffee table, and not even notice.

I used to be a fan of Great Danes until I got smacked by the tail! Ouch!

Jersey, my person tells me my tail is a weed whackin' weapon, too, esp when i sleeps! i can't tell, tho, 'cause i'm asleep.
