Default Mooing basset?

So I think little Randolph is part cow. He has the same color as a cow, eats like a cow, and even moos like a cow.

I rarely get a legitimate howl out of the little guy, but there is this one squeaky toy that evidently brings something out in him. Sounds more like a moo to us than a howl. Anyone else got a little heffer on their hands?

Video is a little shaky because I had to hold my phone behind my head as I watched TV (yes, I get the floor, while he has the couch)because he stops doing it if he catches anyone watching him.

That's too cute! Rosco and Layla make similar noises when they wrestle with each other.

He is so cute. I love those sounds! I also like the eye peering at you as he was busy playing!
