Dehydrated Sweet Potato Chips

I made the kids some sweet potatoes in my dehydrator today. Plugged it in and check them a few hours later. They got a few for their snack tonight. Both of them loved them! Over the weekend, I'll try the dried chicken strips! Take a look!

I sure did. They taste like pure sweet potatoes!

The flavor is just more concentrated
