You guys post such great pictures of your hounds playing in the snow. Here on the southern California coast the hounds play in something else smushy and wet, the ocean! The weather is great today so I took her down to the dog beach for a nice walk.

I'm convinced that Molly would give up all the snow (which she loves!) for a beach and some palm trees any day. We're trying to convince my husband. Maybe these pics will help

Great pictures. That's the one thing I miss since giving up the ocean for the river. Where were they taken.

We were at Huntington Dog Beach. Tons of very well behaved dogs, most off leash.

We live in Long Beach, and the first time we took Woofus we were a bit nervous. He took one look at us, and ran straight for the water!! Great moment.

LOL, funny visual. I used to take Annie down there alot but then life got in the way. This time as we walked down the the water's edge she was a little nervous it seemed, but promptly stopped at the waterline and pooped! It was a fine moment

Aw you make me miss my beautiful Pacific Ocean! We just survivced our first real snowstorm (or as the news called it thundersnow) here in DC and it is having us CA natives terribly homesick!
