Hi, I'm Brandi. I volunteer with a local animal rescue group, and that is how I found my basset mix, Moe. Eventually, I would love to add a purebred basset to my pack. In addition to Moe, I have a ???Mutt named Sasha and a beagle/lab mix named Heather.

I love seeing everyone's hounds! I have attached a photo of Moe below.

He's a handsome guy

We have a Basset we adopted from a family who had bought her and decided they couldn't handle her, they gave her away on Craigslist! We also have a Chihuahua mix we adopted from a local shelter, she was so emaciated that the shelter didn't realize she was pregnant. Good thing though as their policy is to euthanize pregnant strays

We found out after we brought her home that she was scheduled to be put to sleep the next day as she'd been there too long. She had two puppies, one was adopted by my best friend and the other by my fiance. Second chance dogs are so rewarding!!
