I am NOT going to let Worm look at this thread, lest he get some ideas from his basset buddies...!
no escape adventures yet. BUT when we went camping, he ate 5 meals worth of dry dog food. He got to it, even though it was packed away at the bottom of the car, under all our gear... while we were at the store. when we came back, he was sitting in the passenger seat, looking like an angel
(later as we unpacked the car at the campsite, we found out...)
at first i told him, "all right, that means you only get half your food for all your meals now, since there's no dry dog food left." but then i caved and bought him a new bag of dog food at the store... bassets, bassets... (sigh)
