The San Diego Humane Society is holding their annual calendar and photo contest. There has NEVER been a Basset among the winners. I just entered a beautiful picture of Blissy. Please vote for her and rectify this travesty! We'll show them who's calendar worthy! Go to www.sdhumane.org. Blissy's pic is on page 9 of the entries. Each vote costs a dollar - the whole thing is a fundraiser for the Humane Society, which is an amazing organization. It has won many awards, especially for it's community education programs.

It's time for a Basset to stand up and be noticed! Lets make it happen!! (By the way, we adopted our other Basset, Sally, from the SDHS 10 years ago and she is the light of our life)
