Growing like weeds
Took Mercedes and Zatarra in for their last puppy shots and final puppy check up this week. both got a clean bill of health with the exception of a slight yeast infection in their ears. It was diagnosed two weeks ago, and was pretty bad then. We did ear cleanings everyday and medicine twice a day for two weeks but it evidently did not quite clear it up. Vet said it is really not that bad anymore and might clear up on its own now. But why take a chance, so we are doing another two weeks of treatment. Hopefully after that we can go back to the standard once or twice a week ear cleanings.
Three weeks ago, Zatarra was just over 11lbs and Mercedes was 13lbs. Both are over 17lbs now. Mercedes is the red and white, Zatarra is the black and tan.
