My "Aroo - woo- woo" boy is close to the bridge. (Murray, who never says a word, is always puzzled when he's playing with Owen, because the whole time Owen will repeat "Aroo-woo-woo" "Aroo-woo-woo"- he never stops!)
His Mom Pam walked him by the house yesterday- we had't seen him in a while, and I was shocked at how weak he was and how much weight he's lost. She says he has a large tumor in his lung, and doesn't have long- I think his mom walked him over to say goodbye. When I saw him, I greeted him like I always do with a big " Hi Owen baby- aroo- woo- woo!" and he aroo'd back at me. I was fighting back tears by the time he left. I'll miss him so much! Please keep Pam and Owen in your thoughts. |
