Of course Basset Hounds can fly. Maby not all of a Bassets body fly at the same time, but they do fly. And here is the proof:

How funny! In the third and fourth photos, look at the dog at the far right--it's as though he/she sees what's about to happen but can't stop it. Excellent photos and beautiful dogs.
