My First Post

Hi! This must be the night for the lurkers to come out. I've been a member for a while (since January 2007) but never posted before. I've really enjoyed reading the posts/discussions on the board and have learned a lot from them.

I'm owned by one basset, Bess (10 years old), and am being fostered by a second, Oscar (somewhere between 7 and 9 years old). Oscar's from the same breed rescue that I adopted Bess from in August 2006. Oscar's been with us for about two and a half months.

I'll try to attach a picture of the kids. Bess is wearing the "life preserver" because she'd had three masses removed the day before. Oscar looks totally embarrased to be seen with her.

They're beautiful. Bess looks like my boy Stomps (and she looks very good in that shade of blue).
