Bogie Carter in the flowers

Here are some pictures I took today of Bogie and our flowers. I couldn't
resist since the lilies and daises have been beautiful the past week. In
fact all my flowers have given us a beautiful "last hurrah" before we head
south. We will be leaving South Dakota August 1st heading back for retirement
in Memphis where I grew up, and we both still have family there.

The weather has given us plenty of rain so far this year plus fairly cool temperatures
which I'm sure has helped the flowers. Usually everything has scorched by now,
but this year everything is lush and beautiful in July.

what beautiful pictures. Does he go and sit in the flowers on his own or do you have to assist him? lol
Those are postcard worthy, what a good boy he is. And a cutie!

What magnificent photos! Bogie is just so handsome! I am curious too, if he just sits amongst the flowers or needs some persuading?? Regardless, they are calendar worthy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just love Bogie's freckles. Of course, I'm partial since I have quite a few myself!

Your flowers do look nice. We've also had a wetter than usual summer & everything here is green and beautiful also. It's nice to not have to water so much! I hope your move is uneventful & you all settle into your new home well.
