Ruby had left her rooster outside on the lawn, and I was too lazy to go out and get it in the evening. I work afternoon shift and about 1:30am. there was the sounds of a rooster crowing. I rushed out there to get it and bringing it inside the house couldn't figure out how to shut it up. Tried stabbing it with a knife and the little round noise maker inside continued. Finally I got a pair of sissors and gutted the thing. I pryed the round noise maker open and disconnected the wiring. Ok now that he has had open heart surgery we need to suture it up. Felt like I really murdered him as he lays on my counter lifeless. Bonnie

We have one of those things ...it's a white stuffed chicken looking thing, that has the rooster sound. It started going off one night from the toy basket. My husband and I were scrambling around trying to figure out where it was. He actually dug it out of the pile and thew it out the front door
