I just received this from Main Line Animal Rescue.I'm posting this in the General Forum because it's coming up this Friday, April 4th. (If moderators want to move it, that's OK, just hoped more folks would see it here)Hope some of you will be able to watch this.

From Main Line Animal Rescue:

"Well, the cat is out of the bag, or should I say the dog is
out of the hutch! Main Line Animal Rescue is going to be
on Oprah this Friday, April 4. The show will address
euthanasia in our nation's shelters, and the inhumane
treatment facing dogs in Pennsylvania's puppy mills. In
preparation for the later, MLAR went undercover with
Special Investigator Lisa Ling and members of Oprah's
production staff. We filmed the day to day horrors of
actual puppy mills and you can watch as we rescue a number
of the dogs we currently have at our shelter.

Make sure you tell your
friends and families to watch this very important Oprah.

Bill Smith"

It will be the regular Oprah show in the normal time slot, so if you get the program over there, this segment should be no exception.

I usually don't watch Oprah, but I know she reaches millions of people, and I'm really happy that she's decided to tackle this issue to raise awareness.

You've probably noticed that I post alot about the fight against Puppymills in Pennsylvania- I'm hoping that this program will help folks understand why we're fighting so hard here to get new kennel regulations passed that will drive these operations out of business.

I will watch out for it.

Keep up the good work!, education is the key... the more people who know about how terrible puppy mills are the less people will buy from them.
