Jesse looks like she is having a good time! Do you ever see any other basset hounds at the park?

Love the tape!

We used to take Annie a couple of nights a week to our dog park but things got too wild with too many big dogs and we began to worry about Annie and her back since some of the bigger ones used to like to pounce on her. Whenever she is in the car and we pass by I feel so sorry for her since she whines to go again.

Looks like you have a great group of dogs at your dog park!

Thanks for sharing!

Kathy

Yeah about once a week or so we'll see another Basset. It's funny because somehow I get the sense that they know their own breed, and there's something strangely familiar to another Basset than all the other dogs at the park. We're fortunate that our park has a large dog and a small dog section. We mainly stay in the small dog park with the puppies and such. There's usually some kind of drama going on in the big dog side. I think some of the dogs are cooped up in the house all day and this is their "exercise". So, a lot of the big dogs are excited and territorial and in Cesar's words, "unstable". It's great fun nonetheless!
