Was he thin due to lack of food? I hope someone can make his owners understand the importance of good nutrition -- for any dog, but particularly for a young, growing boy like Wilson. You've done a great job with him!

His owners have been educated on proper care. They realized they needed help with several issues and did the right thing. They reached out for that help. He is gaining weight and loves my 2. We are still working on some other issues. He looks like a little Rusty!!
