I've heard various theories on the growth plates. I think the best thing to do is follow your vet's advice.

my vet said - 6 months is fine... hope this will be ok?!
he is starting lots of dominant behaviour and I don't want him to maybe break out of our backyard, because the poodle next door is on heat or something silly!!! thanks guys!! really appreciate all the advice i can get! S. |

My vet told me 10 months and that seems really old to me. I have always heard 6 months. Right now he is 7 months. I am not sure why my vet wants to wait, but everyone told me to listen to my vet.
