Thanks to everyone for their help! It's nice to know there is a resource like this forum to refer questions...especially for a new basset owner like myself. Hank of course appreciates everyone's help as well.... as pictured below in his new bed... which seems more comfortable than mine! :-)

I'd say that Hank has hit the jackpot! He is one very handsome hound!

Mine are jealous, though, cause their beds don't have their names on them.

I ordered it from an Orvis catalog. He absolutely loves it! Highly recommended.
