It's time for Bailey and Millie to get neutered. My girlfriend is quite nervous about it because she is worried she is doing the wrong thing. She knows one of them need to be done because there bro and sis - but she doesn't want to take away there right to have pups.

I have told her of all the Pro's and Con's, like reduced/cancelled chance of cancer etc. but I think she is having second thoughts about Millie...

Dogs are all to common in Ireland and sometimes we have so many strays we have to send them to Sweden.

But Michelle thinks that it is cruel to take away such a high quality breeds chance of having pups...

What a great picture!

Neutering and spaying are the responsible thing to do. Intact dogs are, frankly, a pain, and a bitch in season isn't much fun either. Tell your girlfriend to bring in both dogs, have them fixed, and be done with it. Everyone will be happier without all the hormones floating around, and your dogs will be much healthier........

Bailey and Millie got Neutered on Friday...

They both went into the vet at 8:30 and Mille was out her op by 10:30. Bailey unfortunately had a undecended testicle    . He had to get 2 incisions, 1 to get the regular one out and another incision to get the deep one out…

He’s on anti inflammatory’s and he seems to be doing fine now… Both pups were out of the vets by 7pm on Friday night and are happy at home now…

Great news!! They will bounce back quickly. Bogie's testicals were both undecended, and he did great. Michelle did the right thing in having them spayed and neutered. Enjoy your twosome!!
