Bogie had to go to the vet for yeasty arm pits last Friday. The vet put him on miconazole 2% cream that cleared it right up, and the pits look great. Today when trimming Bogie's toe nails I discovered he has now developed the same stuff between a couple of his toes.
We were almost out of the cream, so while at Shop Ko hubby checked with our pharmacist to see if you could get it over the counter since the tube said it was for human jock itch. Our pharmacist smiled ( a lady) and took hubby to the women's isle and showed him "Miconazole 7" which is the identical stuff for women's yeast infections. She said she uses it all the time for her English Bull Dog who gets the same yeasty rash in his face folds in the summer. We had a good laugh about Bogie's new cream.
