It's been a terrible weather for several days, but suddenly -
the sun broke through and we decided to go for a walk in the forest:

Sometimes you should think they thought it was necessary to drain
this creek to get further - but it's a bridge there....

It's thousands of buttercups now, they are poisonous so it's good Emma
and Doris don't eat them.

This flower is called dogbiscuits - I dunno the english name:

But for how long was Emma and Doris in Paradise? Suddenly the sky
darken and we found it sensible to head for home.

But Emma took the time for a pee anyway..

Poor Emma having her most private moments caught on camera!!!

Despite the rain it looks like a beautiful walk. Hope you got Doris & Emma home before they got too wet.

I didn't know that buttercups were poisonous. I don't have any where I live now, but as a child we always rubbed them under out chin to turn our skin yellow.

Lovely pics of the girls & scenery.

Beautiful pictures and the ladies do seem to be enjoying their walk. I'm sure they kept their dainty feet out of the mud!!

Nice pictures, as usual! The plant looks similar to what I know as, "Queen Anne's Lace" or "Wild carrot". I looked it up and the plant is not native to the U.S., but was brought over from Europe, so I suspect it is the same thing.

Thanks, Steiner! I learned something new today!

The white plant in question is called Cow Parsley,
it's more like a weed then a wild flower. It's one of
the most outspread plants here, and a problem - many think:

Cow Parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris; also known as Wild Chervil, Wild Beaked Parsley, and Keck) is a herbaceous biennial or short-lived perennial plant in the family Apiaceae, genus Anthriscus. It is native to Europe, western Asia and northwestern Africa; in the south of its range in the Mediterranean region, it is limited to higher altitudes. It is related to other diverse members of Apiaceae such as parsley, carrot, hemlock and hogweed.
